Here is how we work together: a structured yet flexible process suited to the scope of your project.
Initial consultation
We discuss your goals, available materials, budget and deadlines. This first step helps establish what you need before a proposal is prepared.
Proposal and approval
You receive a quote outlining the scope, deliverables, milestones and fees. Payment terms, and a contract or deposit when required, are agreed upon before work begins.
Design and revisions
I develop the concepts or production files according to the approved scope. You can provide feedback at agreed milestones; additional requests are assessed before being added.
Delivery
Final deliverables are supplied in the agreed formats, such as print-ready PDF, SVG or digital files. Editable source files are provided only when included in the quote.
Follow-up
After delivery, I remain available for questions and adjustments covered by our agreement. New work can be handled through a separate quote.
