How it works

Client Experience

A straightforward process — clear deliverables, honest timelines, and a structured workflow so you always know where your project stands.

Every project follows a simple, repeatable structure. No surprises on scope, no vague timelines, no invoices that appear from nowhere.

01

Discovery

We start with a short conversation — in person, by phone, or by email — to understand the project, the constraints, and what you actually need. I ask about use cases, not moods. The goal is to understand the real problem before proposing a solution.

02

Proposal & contract

You receive a written proposal with scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing — all in one document. Once approved, a contract and deposit invoice are sent through the client portal. No work begins until both are signed and received. This protects your project and mine.

03

Design & review

I work through the project in defined phases — typically an initial concept presentation followed by revision rounds. Feedback is collected in writing, which keeps decisions clear and prevents scope drift. You'll always know what's in progress and what's next.

04

Delivery

Final files are delivered in the formats you need — print-ready PDFs, vector source files, web exports, or packaged InDesign documents. Everything is organized and labeled. The final invoice is sent through the client portal, and files are released upon payment.

05

Follow-up & support

After delivery, I remain available for minor adjustments within a defined period. For ongoing work or additional phases, we set up a new project in the portal. Long-term clients get priority scheduling and consistent rates.

Client portal, powered by HoneyBook

Proposals, contracts, invoices, and project updates are all managed through a dedicated client portal. You can review and sign documents, track project status, and make payments — from any device, at any time. No email attachments, no lost files, no confusion about what was agreed.
